An unstoppable force in the global house music community, Jordan Strong helped to unify the movement along the West Coast from his hometown of Los Angeles to Seattle and beyond. In 1997, Jordan joined forces with Michael Tello and Ramiro Gutierrez to create the still-thriving seminal collective Uniting Souls, one of the longest-lasting crews in the US. He now serves as a resident DJ and head of A&R for the Uniting Souls label. Jordan also holds residencies in Oahu and Costa Rica. His “Nomofknrnd” EP on Doc Martin’s Sublevel imprint shot to #2 on the deep house charts and shortly after his Nu-Disco remix of Hamza Rahimtula’s “Discotello” reached the same position. He’s currently in the lab following up with a slew of releases for Dynamite Disco Club and Wind Horse out of India, Wicked, Pillow Talk, Vessel, and just dropped the first in a series of vinyl releases on of his own Wave Machine imprint.
